Upgrades on Vodafone are only available to pay monthly customers. If you are an existing customer on a 12 month contract you may be eligible for a new handset after 12 months since your last upgrade or since you took out a new contract with Vodafone.

If you have signed a contract for 18 months you may be eligible to upgrade your handset after 18 months. Please note that by upgrading your handset your contract will be renewed for 12 or 18 months depending on the original contract with Vodafone.

Pricing

We offer a wide selection of phones available for upgrades on Vodafone. Upgrade prices vary according to your monthly spend. Eligible customers are given an Upgrade banding depending on the monthly spend.
