Upgrades on Three are only available to pay monthly customers.
If you are an existing customer on a 12 month contract you may be eligible for a new handset after you have completed 11 months since your last upgrade or since you took out a new contract with Three.
If you have signed a contract for 18 months you may be eligible to upgrade your handset after you have completed 17 months of your contract. Please note that by upgrading your handset your contract will be renewed for 12 or 18 months depending on the original contract with Three.
