Upgrades on T-Mobile are only available to pay monthly customers.

If you are an existing customer on 12 a month contract you may be eligible for a new handset after 11 months since your last upgrade or since you took out a new contract with T-Mobile.

If you signed a contract for 18 months you may be eligible to upgrade your handset after 17 months. Please note that by upgrading your handset your contract will be renewed for 12 or 18 months depending on the original contract with T-Mobile.

Pricing

All prices advertised on our website are recommended retail prices. Most customers are eligible for an upgrade discount (set by T-Mobile). The value of the discount depends on your monthly spend with T-Mobile within last 12 or 18 months.

1. Upgrade discount is the same or higher than RRP

RRP of Nokia 6230i:	£49.99
Upgrade discount from T-Mobile:	£49.99 or higher
The final price of the handset:	FOC

2. Upgrade discount is less than RRP

RRP of Nokia 6230i:	£49.99
Upgrade discount from T-Mobile:	£29.99
The final price of the handset:	£20.00

3. If you are low spend user, you may not be offered upgrade discount from T-Mobile and therefore you will to have to pay recommended retail price of the handset.

The final price of the handset:	£49.99
