Upgrades on Orange are only available to pay monthly customers.

If you are an existing customer on a 12 month contract you may be eligible for a new handset after 12 months since your last upgrade or since you took out a new contract with Orange.

If you have signed a contract for 18 or 24 months you will be eligible to upgrade your handset after 18 or 24 months. You may be able to upgrade earlier, but in these cases the upgrade fee applies. Please note that by upgrading your handset your contract will be renewed for 12, 18 or 24 months depending on the original contract with Orange.

Pricing

We offer a wide selection of phones available for upgrades on Orange. Upgrade prices vary according to your monthly spend. Orange divide all customers eligible for an upgrade into 5 different groups according to their monthly spend (band 1-5).
