O2 Upgrades

General

Upgrades on O2 are only available to pay monthly customers.

If you are an existing customer on a 12 month contract you may be eligible for a new handset after 12 months since your last upgrade or since you took out a new contract with O2.

If you signed a contract for 18 months you may be eligible to upgrade your handset after 18 months. Please note that by upgrading your handset your contract will be renewed for 12 or 18 months depending on the original contract with O2.

Pricing

We offer a wide selection of phones available for upgrades on O2. Upgrade prices vary according to your monthly spend. Eligible customers are given an Upgrade banding based on their monthly spend (average of the last six months invoices including VAT). To find out your banding and the handsets which are available to you please call our Customer Service team on 020 8202 2021 who will be able to assist you.
