1. How to place an order
You can place your order online or over the phone. If you prefer to place an order over the phone you can do so on 0208 202 2021 Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9.30 am till 6 pm, Saturday 10.00 am to 2.00pm.
2. Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards except for American Express. In case you wish to pay by bank transfer please call the Customer Service number for further instructions .
3. Track and trace
If your parcel hasn't arrived as expected to email us or alternatively contact our Customer Service Team on 0208 202 2021.
4. Deliveries over Bank Holidays
Please be advised that our offices are closed over Bank Holidays.
If you place your order the day before Bank Holiday (before 1 pm) you will receive your package on the next working day. If you place your order the day before Bank Holiday (after 1 pm) your order will be despatched on the first working day after the Bank Holiday for the next day delivery.
5. Deliveries to a different address
Please note that for security reasons, we do not deliver to a different address other than the billing address used for payment. In some instances we can deliver to the place of work if requested on the company's letterhead with proof of ID, then faxed through to us with contact details for work along with the proof of ID. Please fax over required documents on 0208 202 9933 stating your order confirmation number.
6. Cancel an order
If you wish to cancel an order prior to receipt of the goods, you must do so by informing us in writing within 1 hour of placing the order. You can do so by . Also please call and you will be provided with a return authorisation number.
7. Returning faulty goods
When returning a handset please include a short note stating your order confirmation number, contact details and reason for return. Please send the package to: Yakety Yak Ltd, Returns Dept., 13 Sentinel Square, Hendon, London, NW4 2EL.
We strongly advise you to use Royal Mail's special delivery to ensure we receive the item safely. Refunds on postage will be only given if returning a defective item.
SIM free, Ex-Network and Prepay handsets
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for mobile phones which suffer from a manufacturer's defect. If we are not able to replace the faulty handset an alternative or a refund will be offered. If your handset is defective in any way please contact our customer service number to obtain a returns number.
All handsets outside the 30 day exchange period can only be repaired under the 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Please contact our customer service team. If necessary we can provide a loan phone, however a deposit will be required.
Second hand phones
All second hand phones are covered by 6-month return to base warranty. If your handset is defective in any way please contact our customer service number to obtain a return number.
Contract phones
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for mobile phones which suffer from a manufacturer's defect.
If your handset is defective in any way please contact our customer service number to obtain a returns number.

8. Return non faulty/unwanted goods
All non faulty items must be returned within 7 days from the despatch date in original condition.
If returning non defective products the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Please note that for all non defective returns and cancellations after the order has been processed a 5% administration fee will be charged in order to reimburse your credit/debit card.
